Waialae beach is located near the kahala hotel, only 5 miles east of Waikiki. This park has nice expansive grassy lawn area with some palm trees as well as a sandy beach. There is a small peninsula down the beach with lots of greenery and very tall palm trees leads out to a small tropical off shore island, make it very picturesque. A panoramic view of koko head and koko crater also can be clearly viewed on this peninsula.
