Marriage license & official marriage certificate in Hawaii

A Marriage license must be obtained from department of health of Hawaii before your wedding. Obtaining a license and wedding ceremony can be done the same day. There are no blood tests required, there is no citizenship required. You only need to bring your photo IDs and $60 cash. After you receive your license, please bring it with you on your wedding day. The minister will sign the license and take it to department of health for processing. You will be receiving your official marriage certificate by mail from department of health of Hawaii.,

• In Honolulu - Room 101 (1st floor) of the Health Department Building, 1250 Punchbowl St. (corner of Beretania and Punchbowl Streets)
  Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Map of Hawaii Department of Health
